Shipping and returns

The Seller will ship the Products via designated couriers. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Products to the Delivery Location expressly indicated by the Buyer when completing the Order pursuant to Article 3 above. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the address indicated for the purposes of this Article and agrees that any failed deliveries caused by errors of this type cannot be attributed to the Seller or induce the latter to spend additional amounts to ensure proper delivery.

 

Delivery costs are those expressly indicated on the Store and in the Order Confirmation.

 

Any delivery terms indicated on the Site are merely indicative and do not constitute an essential element of the contract. Therefore, the Seller shall have the right to reasonably anticipate or postpone the delivery of all or part of the Products, without this constituting, in favor of the Buyer, a valid reason to request the total or partial termination or cancellation of the Order, nor the payment of compensation or indemnity, nor a reason to invoke the Seller's liability for any other reason.

 

The Seller cannot and will never be held liable for delays in delivery resulting from the failure of third parties (e.g. carriers responsible for transport) and/or the occurrence of Force Majeure Events.

 

If the Buyer delays, refuses to receive, or defaults in receiving all or part of the Products, the Seller may, at its sole discretion, require the Buyer to fulfill the Order, or declare its total or partial cancellation. In either case, the Seller will retain the right to seek compensation from the Buyer for all losses and damages suffered due to the refusal or default.

 

The Seller will package the Products at its sole discretion, using the methods deemed most appropriate and suitable to safeguard the integrity of the Products during transport. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Seller, the Seller shall never be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the choice or implementation of the packaging.
